We believe legalese is for lawyers...
So we've made it easier to understand what We expect and what You & Users can expect.
Please reach us at kenny@KHwoodthings.com if you have questions, concerns, or suggestions.
LAST UPDATED 2024 NOVEMBER 20
As with most Terms of Service, We capitalize mundane words because We want You, the reader and User of Our Service, to take notice that the word isn't going by its usual definition, whether plural or singular. Indeed, that's the next part.
You acknowledge You agree to these Terms of Service by accessing the Service and using the Service. If You do NOT agree to these Terms of Service, simply stop accessing and using the Service.
We expect Users to provide truthful, accurate, and factual Content and, as necessary or desired, Personal Information (which is governed by our Privacy Policy.)
We hold ourselves to these same standards.
Being intentionally dishonest is a breach of our Terms and may result in loss of access to and use of the Service.
We expect all Users to have enough maturity to keep Adult Content (including but not limited to vulgarities, sex, drugs, & graphic violence) off of the public areas of Our Service with respect of all ages that might be browsing.
Our Adult Content is protected by an age verification page for this reason. We expect that anyone verifying their age is 18 years or older, is doing so truthfully and factually.
Whether You create an Account on a social media platform, or our Website, to interact with Us or our Service, You are responsible for your password, for Content posted from your Account, and for notifying Us if You become aware of a breech or unauthorized use of your Account with respect to Our Services.
Where allowed, You are expected to obey all U.S. laws in regards to posting only your own Content, or providing publicly accessible sources to any Content which is not yours, but that you have lawful permission to post. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of your Content.
By posting Content on our Website or Social Media Pages (including but not limited to Facebook, X [previously known as Twitter], Instagram, etc.) you give Us license to reproduce, modify, and redistribute your Content in promotion of the Company and our Service, which we will do by including You as the source of the Content.
If You are the owner of Content posted on the internet, and you see it through our Service and believe it to be illegally posted or improperly sourced, You are responsible for contacting Us with the details of the alleged infringement so we may take appropriate, immediate action.
You are financially responsible for all costs associated with Us following a false claim of infringement.
We maintain our legal rights, as protected in the U.S. and foreign countries, to the intellectual property of all of Our original Content on KHwoodthings.com
Links to other websites and services on our Website, and through Our Service, are subject to their own Terms of Service & Privacy Policies, and we have no control over, nor responsibility for the other wesite's Content or operation.
Breaching these Terms is cause for automatic termination of Your Accounts from having access to and using of Our Service.
If You wish to terminate your own access and use of our Service, simply stop accessing and using our Service.
To the extent allowed by law in each State of the United States of America, Federally within the United States of America, and the foreign countries our Users may reside, We are not liable under any circumstance; and under the circumstances we must be liable by law, we are the least liable the law permits.
Our Website and Service is provided to You AS IS and AS AVAILABLE.
To be perfectly clear, You and Us and Our Service are governed overall by the federal laws of the United State of America. State and local laws may also apply to You, as is required by law based on Your residency and Your participation with Our Service. Our Service is run as a sole-proprietorship in Tennessee, USA, and therefore governed by TN State Laws.
You agree first to contact the Company for informal resolution talks.
By accessing and using Our Service You confirm:
If you are, and you access and use our Service anyway, you are subject to U.S. Laws and We reserve the right to deny Service and share any Content you shared with Us, with appropriate U.S. officials.
We're imperfect, and if any part of these Terms is deemed invalid by law, that part will be removed from the Terms, and all others will remain in effect, possibly with revisions.
Waiving a right or breach at any moment is not an automatic and perpetual waiver, it is only for that specific breach or right of that specific moment.
We won't notify You of changes to the Terms which do not actually change the meaning of the Terms. We will make reasonable effort to notify You of changes to the Terms which change the meaning of the Terms within 30 days of when those changes will take effect.
By continuing to access and use the Service, you agree to the changes.
Please reach us at kenny@KHwoodthings.com if you have suggestions, concerns, or questions.

Cookies are sent to your browser from the Site and stored on your computer's hard drive where it can talk back to the Site and give us information.
Like many sites, we use "cookies" to collect information that makes it easier for the Site to remember you and your preferences when you return to us. As example, every "remember me!" option to not log-in so often is made possible by cookies! You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Site.
The security of your Personal Information, Log Data, and Cookies are important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially approved means to protect your data, freewill physics aside, we cannot guarantee its absolute security!
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, though it'll probably be rare. Still, We will notify You of any changes that actually change the meaning of our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here on the Site, https://www.KHwoodthings.com/policies
We'll make a site-wide notice banner too, so it'll be easier to see when we've done it. That said, You are officially advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically anyway for any changes. Afterall, maybe you weren't around for weeks, and the banner we posted went up and came down already!
So, just be sure for your own peace of mind!
